Why? Because the store assistant merely did the minimum to help you.
Now you walk into another store which is buzzling with people and you start to wonder why there is such a big crowd. When you finally managed to squeeze into the store, the first thing you are greeted with is a bright smile from a personal store manager.
Wow. She asked you what is it that you are looking for, anything in particular. A sweater, Christmas socks, fluffy bear and soft toys, for male or female gender, for what age group, for what special purpose.
So she walked you to the area in the store which you would have spent hours looking for and then very politely explained all the merchandise that was on display. She even brought out a photobook to show the design which were not on display yet and which you can place advance order.
